is Managing Partner at Caspian Legal Center. Farid Nabili received his legal education at Baku State University (LL.B, 2007) and Central European University (LL.M, 2008), his academic research topics covered the fields of comparative law. He worked as a legal officer and manager in a group of private companies and state institutions, including as the head of the tax legislation improvement department at the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He initiated and participated in the introduction of a number of international taxation concepts and methods into the current Tax Code (in particular, transfer pricing, Tax Free regime, advance rulings, general rule against tax evasion).

Farid Nabili is a member of the Azerbaijan Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the European Institute of Corporate Governance. His articles on tax law have been published in the annual reports of the International Bar Association's Tax Committee where he is a Tax Reporter from Azerbaijan, as well as in Bloomberg Tax and other international publications. He is author of Tax Law book (Istanbul, Bilnet, 2023). He has also been teaching law at a number of local universities since 2012. Currently, he is teaching tax law and international tax law courses at Baku State University for English-speaking group.

His areas of specialization are corporate law, tax law, construction law, finance and banking law.

is Partner at Caspian Legal Center. He possesses LL.B degree from Baku State University, LL.M degree from the Queen Mary University of London and MBA degree from Azerbaijan University. Mr. Beydiyev has 10 years of experience in corporate law. He has worked as head of division for the Ministry of Economy, lawyer for a local law firm. Mr.Beydiyev is well experienced in company law, employment law, financial and public law.

is a Legal Manager at Caspian Legal Center. She received her Bachelor's degree in Law from Baku State University in 2017. She has been a member of the Azerbaijani Bar Association since 2021.

Ms. Gasimli has more than 6 years of experience at CLC and has gained practical experience in corporate set-up, share transfer, restructuring, liquidation and bankruptcy of legal entities in Azerbaijan. She is skilled in client communication and legal research issues in diverse legal areas such as employment and immigration law, family law, construction law, and company and corporate law.

Firangiz Haydarova is Tax Manager at Caspian Legal Center. She received her bachelor degree from Azerbaijan State University of Economics. She is the student of ACCA and has passed Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Performance Management qualifications successfully. Moreover, she has the Professional Accountant Certificate issued by the Government. Firangiz Haydarova has practiced as a tax consultant for several local companies. She is an experienced tax manager with extensive interest and knowledge in finance and accounting, as well as in audit and tax issues. She is expert on Double Taxation Treaties, Transfer Pricing and Product-Sharing Agreements.

is Senior Tax Accountant at Caspian Legal Center, holds both bachelor's and master's degrees from Azerbaijan State Economic University. With six years of experience primarily in tax and accounting consulting, she brings a commitment to excellence to her work.

In 2022 Laman obtained a PMS certificate issued by the Government, specializing in international accounting standards. Her dedication to staying current with industry standards ensures that clients receive reliable tax guidance.

Nigar Guliyeva is educated by the Sabah Group of Law studies at Baku State University. During her academic journey, she has not only maintained high academic performance but has also been actively engaged in extracurricular activities outside of the university. She has participated in a variety of events and projects organized by both local and international institutions, as well as in summer schools. At the same time, Nigar Guliyeva participated in a number of court competitions and won the "2023 Khoyski Mediation Court Competition" organized by the Student Scientific Society of Baku State University. Nigar Guliyeva is a highly motivated and promising future professional.

is an external legal advisor at Caspian Legal Center. He hold a bachelor's degree at Baku State University and a Master's degree at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is also holder of a doctorate at Baku State University and is engaged in pedagogical activity. Elyar Hasanov has worked as a leading lawyer in a number of local companies and banks, and is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan since 2014. He has extensive experience in court disputes, especially representation of civil, administrative and economic cases.

is an experienced senior tax accountant. He earned his bachelor's degree from Azerbaijan State University of Economics. Before joining CLC, Kamal worked as a tax and accounting specialist in various industries. He's dedicated to mastering accounting, tax and finance. Kamal Guliyev holds a Professional Accountant Certificate in International Financial Reporting Standards. He's a trusted accountant at CLC, guiding clients through complex financial and tax situations.

Sona Abdullayeva is Legal Associate at Caspian Legal Center. She completed her studies at Baku State University faculty of Law in the English sector and joined the Caspian Legal Center in 2022. She is active in areas such as contract law and labor law. She has a promising and distinguished personality in the market with her accuracy and research ability. She also participated in advanced online and offline trainings in those fields.

Maya Ahmadzada is Associate Tax Lawyer at Caspian Legal Center, focusing on tax law and advising clients on a wide range of tax-related legal matters. While completing her Bachelor of Laws degree at ADA University, where she studies in both Azerbaijani and English, Maya Ahmadzada gained substantial experience through internships in both the state and private sectors. With strong skills in legal research, analysis, and communication, she joined Caspian Legal Center in June 2024

Shiralizade Nigar works at the Caspian Legal Center as a Tax Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the Russian sector of Azerbaijan State University of Economics. With three years of experience in taxation and accounting, she demonstrates high-quality work. Nigar has experience in both the oil and non-oil sectors. Additionally, she is an ACCA student and obtained a certificate in Financial Accounting with a specialization in International Financial Reporting Standards in 2023. She has also completed courses in tax accounting, which have further strengthened her knowledge and skills in this area.

Mushfig Rzazade is a young professional currently working as an accountant assistant at CLC. He earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. Prior to joining CLC, he gained valuable experience as an accountant assistant across various industries. Mushfig actively participates in courses to enhance his knowledge in accounting, taxation, and finance. Additionally, in 2019, his article titled "Problems of Pricing at the Financial Markets of Azerbaijan" was published at the International Conference on Law, Economics, and Management (ICLEL). Committed to his professional development, Mushfig continuously seeks opportunities to expand his expertise in the field of accounting.
